Following our philosophy - searching the market for the best products, and if the offer is not meeting our demand, modifying or developing our own products - we have developed in cooperation with the analog specialists of Rossner & Sohn a high end turntable and a reference tonearm.

The induction hardened bearing axis of the LP1 runs in a hydrodynamic bearing which guarantees a permanent optimal lubrication and virtually friction-free running against horizontal forces during operation. Vertical forces are absorbed by a hardened semi-circular bearing axis against a silicon carbide ball - the hardest existing ceramic material.

The low resonance turntable is made of polyoxymethylene with a high carbon content. Due to the precision manufactured brass weights, which reinforce a high inertia and the drive string, the turntable is insensitive to influences of the motor.

The decoupled mounted synchronous motor is accurately regulated by an external motor control unit to ensures maximum running smoothness.

The unipivot bearing tonearm, Le Fil is virtually friction-free through its woven, high strength composite bearings thread.

It is easy to adjust the bearing preload and the dynamic anti-skating using the adjustment screws. All relevant parameters such as azimuth, VTA, tracking force and bearing preload can be easily set - in some cases even during operation.

An adjustable stainless steel counterweight and a high-quality tonearm wiring made from silk jacketed OFC enamelled copper wire braid complete the package of the reference tonearm Le Fil.

The tonearm Le Fil is insensitive against resonances due to a dampened connection of a pultruded and a woven carbon fiber tube and hereby almost free from any coloration.

A carbon composite headshell and decoupling elements of the tonearmbase ensure an accurate and quiet conduction of the cartridge.
